First Successes
The three course rooms are set up, and the iSTEP team is ready to welcome the course participants. The IT Advanced group starts with the topic of databases and works through many examples to understand different data types, the structure of a database, query possibilities, and more. The IT Beginner group learns the basics of computers, how to use hardware, the different programs, how to save created data on their personal memory stick, and much more. In both groups, we experience enormous enthusiasm and motivation from the children to learn new things.
The participants of the sewing group also had a success after initial uncertainties. With bright faces, they show their first self-made case. As a team, we can look back on a successful first day and, once again, joyfully realize that it was worth it.
