Pink Floyd and saying goodbye
As I write this, Albanian TV is actually showing a concert recording of the legendary rock band Pink Floyd. Since I play guitar myself, I am always thrilled by the riffs that lead guitarist David Gilmour gets out of his Fender Stratocaster. It's one of those special moments in a hotel room, tinged with a touch of melancholy.

Now to Albania: Once again, an intense and exciting period has come to an end. I am very grateful for how everything went. We were able to gain a wealth of new experience with regard to our training programs. All these exciting experiences, the encounters with people, and the motivated teamwork were very enriching and will remain as valuable memories. Just today, I visited the hospital in Lezha. One of the children from Casa Rozalba 1 had to be admitted there. Fortunately, it was nothing serious and he was able to return home soon.
Tonight we also visited Casa Rozalba II. Here, the Venerini Sisters take in girls from difficult situations. The whole house is very beautiful, with magnificent paintings by the girls hanging everywhere.
Im Casa Rozalba II haben wir auch über die Zukunft unseres Angebots in Lezha gesprochen. Entschieden ist noch nichts, aber es sind viele gute Ideen in der Luft und auf irgendeinem Weg wird die Zusammenarbeit sicher weitergehen. Wir sind sehr froh, haben wir mittlerweile so ein gutes Netzwerk vor Ort.
